Your first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and clarifying your goals. We’ll talk about your history, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you hope to change. You don’t have to prepare anything - just show up as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
-
Most sessions are 50-55 minutes, though longer sessions may be available upon request.
-

Weekly or every other week sessions are typical. We’ll decide together based on your goals, symptoms, and the intensity of what you’re working through.
Clients processing trauma or intense anxiety often benefit from consistent weekly sessions at the beginning.

Everyone’s path is different. Some people come for a specific issue and feel better in a few months. Others want longer term support to heal deeper patterns. There is no pressure. We’ll move at your pace and prioritize what feels right for you.
