My Mission

To offer a steady, compassionate space where the unseen parts of you can surface without fear or judgment. In a world that can feel unrelenting, I believe therapy is a rare refuge—one room where your nervous system can exhale, and where we can sit together in the complexity of being human. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your own wisdom, and navigate life with more clarity, freedom, and self-compassion.

My Approach

I work collaboratively, meeting you exactly where you are while holding a vision for where you want to go. My style is warm, engaged, and direct—rooted in genuine curiosity and deep listening. I blend evidence-based practices like ACT, DBT, EMDR, and MI with somatic, mindfulness, and expressive arts approaches.

With some of my clients, I incorporate expressive arts therapy. Expressive arts invites creativity into the healing process—using imagery, movement, writing, or visual art as tools for expression and insight. You don’t need to consider yourself “artistic” to benefit. Sometimes images, colors, or metaphors can reach places words can’t, helping you process emotions, connect with your inner voice, and discover new perspectives.

I believe therapy should be both sacred and practical. We’ll talk about the big, existential questions and also the everyday challenges—patterns in relationships, managing stress, making sense of emotions, and finding meaning when life feels chaotic. I hold great reverence for my clients and their stories. I honor the courage it takes to show up for this work, and I see my role as walking beside you, helping you carry what feels heavy until you can hold it differently.
