Services

I offer individual therapy to adults and teens ages 14+ who are located in NC and TN. I am currently providing therapy via telehealth only.

I also offer clinical supervision for provisionally licensed counselors and social workers in individual, dyad, or group formats.

Each individual insurance plan is different, so before you start therapy, I suggest calling your insurance provider to find out about your coverage and eligibility for outpatient psychotherapy in regards to deductibles and co-payments.

Private Pay Rates:

Individual Therapy (55 minutes) – $120

If cost is a concern, I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please reach out for more information.

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for provisionally licensed social workers and mental health counselors in individual, dyad, and group format. Please reach out to discuss rates and structure.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $75 fee.
